Types of Therapy We Offer

Individual Therapy | $185

Some people come to therapy in crisis. A lot of people I work with come in quietly exhausted, holding more than anyone around them knows, and not entirely sure how they got here.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, and the particular weight of being the person everyone else leans on. A lot of my clients are neurodivergent adults who spent years wondering why everything felt harder than it looked like it should, military spouses and veterans carrying the relational cost of service, and high-functioning people who are fine by every external measure and privately running on empty.

Sessions are collaborative and practical. We figure out what is actually driving the pattern, not just what to do differently on the surface. I draw on Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed care, and ADHD-informed approaches, and I will be honest with you about what is helping and what is not.

If you are in Texas or Nebraska and you are tired of working this hard just to stay afloat, let's talk.

Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted via telehealth.

Couples Therapy | $215

Most couples who come to me are not having a communication problem. They are having a connection problem, and the communication falls apart because of it.

You know the pattern. One person pushes, the other pulls back. Or you both escalate until something gets said that takes days to recover from. Or nothing gets said at all and the distance just keeps growing. The argument is never really about what it is about, and somewhere underneath it both of you know that.

I work with couples using an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach that focuses on what is driving the cycle, not just the cycle itself. That means slowing things down enough to understand what each person is actually responding to, and building something more stable underneath the surface conflict.

I do not take sides. I also do not stay neutral in the way that means nothing. I will name what I see, including the hard things, and I will do it in a way that keeps both of you in the room.

I offer weekly couples therapy via telehealth for clients in Texas and Nebraska.

Couples Intensives | $3,500

Some couples do not need more weeks. They need more time in a single stretch.

Weekly sessions are 50 minutes. That is often enough to make incremental progress. But when the distance has been building for years, when you are in the middle of a crisis, when you have tried weekly therapy and keep running out of time before anything really shifts, the format itself becomes the limitation.

A couples intensive is two full days of focused work. No hard stops. No starting over the following week. We go deeper than weekly sessions allow, move through the patterns that have kept you stuck, and you leave with clarity about where you are and what comes next.

The intensive includes a thorough pre-session assessment, individual time with each partner on day one, structured couples work on day two, and a written aftercare summary with recommendations.

This is a private pay service at an introductory rate of $3,500. Pricing will increase as availability fills. I do not bill insurance for intensive work.

If you are not sure whether an intensive is the right fit, the free consultation is the place to start.

Insurances Accepted

Both private pay and insurance are accepted. My goal is to ensure that money isn't a barrier to improving your mental health.
